When we can name what is truly meaningful to us, it’s easier to find purpose and energy. Together we can explore values and identify what matters to you deep down in life. Like a compass or a lighthouse, values can show us the direction to go.

Create Upward Spirals

When you’re ready, we’ll work together to find small steps you can take to increase activity and positive experiences. Taking small, doable steps helps to create upward spirals that bring back a sense of energy and vitality (also known as “behavioural activation”).
