Individual Counselling
My current fee for individual counselling is $140 per one-hour appointment (based on the guidelines of the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors). I offer a free consultation call to potential clients, so you can decide if we’re a good fit first. Book your initial consultation here!
If you have private insurance, ask your provider if they reimburse counselling services provided by a “Registered Clinical Counsellor” (RCC).
Recent Changes
As of August 2022, I am no longer able to offer a sliding scale to new clients. Instead, I am contributing to accessible mental health support through non-profit work in my local community.
For more accessible counselling options, I recommend Open Path Psychotherapy Collective, a North American network of counsellors offering reduced rates for therapy.
